INGREDIENTS :
°1 pound beef
°1 (forty six ounces) tomato juice
°1 onion, chopped
°2 carrots, (7-1/2″) carrots, chopped
°2 medium potatoes (2-1/4″ to 3″ dia, raw), diced
°1 can (14 ounces) complete kernel corn
°1 can (14.five ounces) beans
°1 pinch ginger
°salt and black pepper to taste
*INSTRUCTIONS :
Crumble beef into large saucepan over medium warmth.
Cook and stir till no longer pink. Drain the fat and pour withinside the tomato juice.
Adding onion, carrot & potato. Pour withinside the complete contents of the cans of corn and beans. Season with ginger, salt and pepper.
Reduce warmth to low and simmer for 1 hour.
