Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Remix

Cheese-Stuffed Bacon Meatloaf with a Tangy Ketchup Glaze
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices bacon
4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture in half and shape each half into a loaf.
Press the cheddar cheese cubes into the center of one loaf, then top with the other loaf, pressing the edges together to seal.
Wrap the meatloaf with bacon slices, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the meatloaf on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
