Quick and Easy 3-Minute Fudge Recipe

This 3-Minute Fudge recipe is perfect if you’re seeking for a decadent dessert that’s also simple to whip together. If you’re looking to satiate your sweet craving or wow visitors with a quick and easy dessert, try making some silky fudge with only three basic ingredients. A candy thermometer and other fancy equipment aren’t necessary for this recipe, which is part of its charm.

Things needed:
One can of evaporated milk with sugar added
Semisweet chocolate chips, 3 cups per cup
a teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
WHAT TO DO:
Get All of Your Ingredients Ready First
Get everything you need ready before you begin. If you want to whip up this fudge in no time at all, have all of your ingredients ready in advance. Measure out your chocolate chips and open the can of sweetened condensed milk.
Phase 2: Bring the Milk and Chocolate to a Melt.
Melt the semisweet chocolate chips (three cups) and the can of sweetened condensed milk (one can) in a microwave-safe dish. Gently mix the ingredients.
Toss the bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 minute on medium power. After 1 minute, remove the bowl and thoroughly combine the ingredients. To melt the chocolate and smooth the mixture, return the bowl to the microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each session. Depending on your microwave, this should take around two or three minutes.
A word of caution: chocolate might seize if heated for too long. To melt the chocolate evenly, stir it often.
Third, mix in the vanilla
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence once the chocolate has melted and is smooth. The fudge is made more richer with the addition of vanilla, which has a delicate taste.
