- Preheat Oven:Β π₯ Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9Γ5-inch loaf pan.
- Make the Bread Batter:Β π In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:Β π In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until it forms a crumbly mixture.
- Layer the Bread:Β π Pour half of the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture over the top. Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
