Baked Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas – Crispy & Cheesy!
A nutritious and cheesy quesadilla with earthy mushrooms and fresh spinach.
Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked mushrooms, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder.
Spread cheese, spinach, and mushrooms over one tortilla.
Top with the second tortilla and press lightly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
Slice and serve warm.
