Ingredients:
For the Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely diced pickles
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef
½ cup finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dill pickle slices (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:

Make the Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Assemble Wraps: Warm tortillas, spread sauce evenly on each, then layer with beef, lettuce, cheese, and optional pickle slices.
Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides in and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
