This cheesy, garlicky, buttery corn is the perfect side dish for BBQs, family dinners, or just a delicious snack!
Ingredients:
• 4 ears of corn, husked 







• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 

• 2 cloves garlic, minced 

• ½ tsp salt 

• ½ tsp black pepper 

• ½ tsp paprika (optional) 

• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese 



• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 

• 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions:

• Boiling: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
• Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

• In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

• Brush the hot corn with the garlic butter mixture.

• Sprinkle grated Parmesan all over the corn.
• Sprinkle mozzarella or cheddar on top and broil for 1-2 minutes (if using an oven) or let it melt over the warm corn.

• Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
