Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
*Ingredients:*
– 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Rinse the cauliflower florets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
3. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender and crispy, flipping halfway through.
6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
