Ingredients:
- 1 lb shaved steak (or ground beef)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 cups diced potatoes (peeled if desired)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the Meat and Vegetables:
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the shaved steak (or ground beef) until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
