Great Northern Bean Soup with Carrots

My Great Northern Bean Soup with Carrots was a hit last night when I made it for a home-cooked family supper. His grin spread over his face as soon as he swallowed a mouthful. How hearty and satisfying this soup was, he couldn’t believe. Seeing how much fun he had doing it made me happy.
The following items are needed: – one can of great northern beans – two diced carrots – one chopped onion – two minced garlic cloves
The ingredients needed are olive oil, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon of thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
1. Melt the olive oil in a big saucepan over medium heat. Once aromatic, add garlic and onions and sauté.
2. Once the carrots have softened a little, add them to the pan.
3. Add the veggie broth and heat until boiling.
Turn the heat down to low and add the great northern beans, thyme, pepper, salt, and mix. Cook, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Take a bite while it’s hot!
