Jalapeño Popper Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 24 whole white button mushrooms
  • 4 ounces canned jalapenos, drained
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ pound chopped cooked bacon

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Take the stems off the mushrooms.
    3. Mix the cream cheese, drained jalapenos, garlic, cheddar cheese, and bacon together.
    4. Fill the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.
    5. Arrange them on a baking rack on top of a foil-covered baking sheet.
  1. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly, then serve.
