Pecan Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

For the cake:

    • Eggs
  • Vanilla cake mix
  • Sour cream
  • Vegetable oil
  • Water

For the topping:

    • Butter melted
  • Dark brown sugar
  • Chopped pecans
  • Corn syrup
  • Salt

How to make Pecan Upside Down Cake:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Mix together the corn syrup, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 3. Fold the pecans into the mixture.

Step 4. Spread the mixture into a well-greased bundt pan.

Step 5. Add all of the cake ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.

Step 6. Layer the cake batter into the bundt pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Step 7. Cool for 10-15 minutes, and then turn the cake out onto a plate or serving platter.

Step 8. Serve warm.
