Supreme Pork Chop Dish

When I was younger and just becoming interested in learning how to cook, my Mom used to make this Supreme Pork Chop Dish. It was the first one I actually remember making by myself. That is probably because it was one of my favorites to eat. So, you know, the one that I had to know. This is some serious comfort food. It fills you up, warms you from the inside out and is super simple.
